Native American Navajo Indian Coral Heishi & Turquoise Heart Necklace from Western New Mexico. This necklace features polished Coral beads throughout. The beads are center drilled and measure 1/8" in diameter. At the center is a Stunning Turquoise & Sterling Silver Heart. The Turquoise stones are Genuine and surrounded by Sterling Silver drops.
